The Africa Adaptation Initiative (AAI) is pleased to announce a Fixed-Term Investment Associate opportunity within a newly established, innovative investment platform dedicated to strengthening food security across Africa.
This platform leverages a partnership-driven investment model to channel capital into specialized funds and high-impact companies across the agri-food value chain. Its objective is to accelerate scalable, private-sector-led solutions that address the widening gap between Africa’s rapidly growing population and agricultural productivity.
Role Overview
The Investment Associate will support the origination and execution of investment transactions and contribute to the monitoring and management of portfolio investments. Working under the supervision of an Investment Manager, the role will involve financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, and ongoing portfolio support across multiple investment windows.
