"Today, this is a benchmark initiative, not only for Africa but also for all developing countries. In 10 years, we have succeeded in ensuring that Africa speaks with one voice in negotiations on agricultural adaptation. We have also succeeded in supporting more than thirty countries in their strategic planning regarding the integration of climate considerations into agriculture and resource mobilization, and we have launched a number of training programs. So, for us, this was a very special edition."
